what about content filters?
I worked for some time for a content filter company and I considered their "product" to be a direct violation of our freedom. It's not that I don't agree that some sites are well worth blocking it's that there are many sites that are blocked because the hick girl in charge of blocking was/is highly opinionated and a racist. She would regulary block sites like Victoria's Secret etc. (largely because she was a fat slob) and other shopping sites that even alude to nudity...this included sites for breast cancer, some collaborative medical sites, and the like.
