My brand spanking new iMac G5 20" screen model
came from China. The implications are huge. All this tech going
over seas. So much for our tech edge eh?

I do agree that the trend towards dirt cheap PC's with either
Windows or LInux is a good one for the people of the world. I
wish them and the manufacturers every bit of luck in getting
even the poorest of nations and people's into the tech arena.
After all different people's with different ways of looking at
problems will bring fresh ideas and life into technology.
