Remove EULA, add liability
It amazes me that, to this day, intelligent engineers cannot communicate across disciplines (and to their managers) that the underlying Windows technology is seriously flawed. (There. I said it.) This is why Microsoft is so dependent on the EULA on desktops.

If GM and MS want Windows CE in the auto telematics, then MS must be FINANCIALLY liable for accidents, breakdowns, et cetera associated with their part of the system. Much as I hate to see it, I can just imagine the class action suit to come.
