Sharp drops handhelds from U.S. retail market

Real shame: This has always been a problem with Linux: Getting hardware vendors to support it. I thought the product was fairly good. Didn't have some of the features that Compaq's Ipaq, or the Palm have, but most people don't use all the features anyway.
