Nope, it the good old USA, where a free market has decided to avoid Real's products whenever possible. Probably because they don't "work and play well with others" and phone home way too much.

And most people, especially the music industry and hollywood really don't want Microsoft to dominate any more industries.

Apple probably won't stay king of the hill forever, but why should they give up any of their market when they are what the market wants at this time?

I wouldn't be surprised if Steve Jobs has an iTune/iPod phase 2 business plan to cover the day if the market starts changing.
