Sound like...
The usual Stern critic sounds this way. Usually, they haven't listened to Stern, period. They simply echo what they've heard about Stern... which, ironically, describes the typical Republican voter as well, these days.

Me -- I've listened to Stern, irregularly, since back in the mid 80s, when a friend would bring tapes of his New York-only show to work, now and then. I'm not a huge fan (my wife, on the other hand, listens daily). But the guy can be quite entertaining and smart. And sure, crude... but that's also an art form, and he does it well.
