Never thought of that. I actually picked "French" in the language selection, but based on some comments I've read over at the Xbox forums, it looks like the English service is heavily accented as well, so that wouldn't have saved me either.

I spelled my name and the box came in with two errors in the spelling. I phoned back and had to spell my last name four times before they got it right.
