Apple has amazing appeal (regrettably)
I have used and enjoyed Apple products. They have nice features about them and so do others. But I'm not always happy with Apple products. I'm not trying to bash Apple here, but their appeal is somewhat sickening at times. People blindly believe in and love Apple no matter what. Here's an interesting story:

A couple of years ago, I bought my 10 year old cousin an iPod for her birthday. A week later, we visited an Apple Store to get some accessories for her iPod. Afterwards, we were walking out of the store and a block down the street, we encountered some Apple employees walking by in their green-tshirt "uniforms." Here's what happened:

Cousin: "Look! He works for Apple!"

Me: "Yeah, so?"

Cousin: "He's so cool! I just LOVE Macintosh computers!"

Me: "But you've never even seen a Macintosh computer."

Cousin: "So? I love them!!!"

Now if that's not proof of Apple's amazing appeal, regardless of substance, I don't know what is.
