Their Own Fault
Like many current tech companies, EA has become an arrogant company with an anti-customer attitude. They have failed to provide updates that were worth buying and the new products are generating any excitement either. Their support is terrible and they, like other companies, are just starting to find out that bad support will effect the bottom line.

Last year I had a frustrating support experience as they tried to charge me for a bad B&W disc. I also wasted money on the unimpressive TW07 game. Those experiences turned me against the EA brand in general and I have and will avoid them in the future.
