I must say that I'm honestly surprised..
When I buy a computer I get a business machine and recently purchased some with XP installed. I noticed at the time that some vendors were offering only Vista on machines for consumers.

I didn't blink an eye at that, basically thinking that the consumer will buy whatever is shoveled out to them. It catches me very much by surprise that consumers are actually savvy enough to ask for the return of XP. Makes me wonder how many of those requests actually came from run of the mill consumers as opposed to business users and/or geeks.
