I have to say, this was a good story about how things really are, but I also have to say that they shouldnt have put the ads at the bottom of the page advertising all of those WoW sites that are selling what is banned by Blizzard - and who knows, maybe even one or more of those places have the keylogger software ready to infect your computer just by visiting the website.
I have been ultra paranoid about anything happening, so I dont visit any of those sites, and only visit Blizzard's official site and Thottbot.
