No kidding...
When they said "we are aware that consumers want to have unprotected content", they forgot to add the "but we don't give a crap" part of the sentence. They were so busy sucking up to the music monopolies (kindred spirits I guess), they didn't feel like worrying about what people really wanted.

The only reason they are talking about it now is because Apple will one-up them (again) if they don't.

I wouldn't have considered buying a Zune before, but now that they will have cool colors, I might just have to buy several of them (not).
