How could you go from: That was irresponsible of Apple (Steve) to call for the end of DRM, to "We've been saying for a while that we are aware that consumers want to have unprotected content"??

The Zune was built on DRM, with the wifi, squirting feature, the subscription and other future business models MS is working on. It's all planed around DRM and appeasing the labels instead of catering to the consumers. I want to see action, not statements, or contradictions!

Oh and you know your product is not doing great when you're excited more about future colors, instead of features. FM? Subcription? Larger screen?, It feels like 2004 again when other DAPs were competing against the iPod. They had FM, PFS-Subscription, longer battery, removable battery, recorder, customization, etc. etc.
