We are a laptop only company now!
The company I work for now only buys new laptops, not desktops. Yes, there are still a few desktops around the company, but every new purchase is a laptop.
When we are working in the office, we use laptop stands (to raise the screens higher, and aid cooling) and USB keyboard and mouse (Yes! I agree that most laptop keyboards are horrible - also touchpads; I prefer the little joysticks).
We only use them on their own when out of the office. I still pack a little mouse (I hate those touchpads).
