I agree with the post above.
Also I know some people who decided to get their kids normal desktops after they trashed their laptops and were stuck with a ridiculous repair bill. Face it, laptops break if you breathe on them too hard. They are nowhere near as reliable as a desktop and not as easy to repair. That little screen and keyboard is not very appealing to seniors. The sound system on laptops usually is not very good for a digital music collection. Hard drives are behind in speed and capacity. Laptops have a long way to go if they ever hope to replace the desktop in my office.
