Same Old philosophy

get as much out of the consumer while you can as long as you can and introduce price reductions and features as a purely generous and wonderful thing of the corporations doing on consumers behalf. Carrot, stick, carrot, BIG swack with corporate stick. Now in a fish eat fish competition, piranha seem to be giving the big sharks side pains as well as eating their lunch.

Yes, players will fall out of the market. Some will play to niche, hi or lo end consumers, but as always, big execs will complain because it's less money for their lifestyles, less big bonuses, less stock options, more consumer choices. Maybe they'll introduce legislations in countries for 'quality control, tariffs, component patent infringement, . . whatever crap they teach in business undercut 101 these days, . . they'll find a way to remain the big sharks. Smells like an non'hostile' acquisition is approaching . . .
