Yahoo puts its mark on consumer electronics

No Consumer Services

I by a Yahoo Home theater model yht-400, in may 2006. 5 month after, no more video capture audio is ok but video look like old pay per view channel without decoder. I go back where a purchase it and the refer me at a tech phone line because on Yahoo E=Warranty they said witin 30 days return to dealer after that call yahoo service center. At the toll free number they give me no humain just a answering system i let 3 massage without response. I look on internet and i found a C services on line at Diamond Electronic the manufacturer. They answer to my email by tell me then they dont know who will do services.

2 month after e-mail adress was close. and it's like that since that. go on www.diamond-electronics.com and try all e-mail adress US and Mexico. i just try it this morning and all messages came back faulty.

Does someody could tell me who have the ability to olve my problem
