- I think you're right that it's hard to find the ink levels in the combo pack - although I thought I did see that somewhere. I believe it's smaller than buying them individually because of the cost of the combo pack. But, at least the combo pack states "24 cent pictures" on the box, but off of a certain setting and HP's own estimates of pages per ink cartridge.
