Don't forget the interface
MS has done a nice job on the interface as well. They couldn't copy Apple's wheel, but instead they've really outshined all of the non-wheel competition, and made a highly usable interface on the device. Kudos to them.

To me, the Wifi is still kind of innovation-in-waiting. It's not being used for anything particularly useful at the moment.
