Tablet PC software evolves to the point where it is usable (really, fully, and MUCH more conveniently) with only a pen - no keyboard.
As it is today, one has to be pretty determined to use a PC without a keyboard, and some things just don't work very well.
If Microsoft and/or others ever get the software right/better, pure tablet platforms will have a MUCH better chance.
