I try to insult each person appropriately
I know I would resent being called a cultist if I was merely making a cynical attempt to profiteer. It's important to take the time to really be cruel to the individual, not to lump everyone in one boat. That's just sloppy, and indicative of the lack of craftsmanship acceptable to users of poorly designed software.
