Correct. The whole older library (from N64 and prior) is download.
But those will be available on launch day. Gamecube discs work natively and a large release of new Wii games will be available at launch (something like 30+ new titles).

I think I read that downloads will range from free to 4.99. Not too shabby! PS3 will only have something like 10 new titles, but of course, EVERY Sony PlayStation game you have ever owned will work so I would imaging PS2 users will upgrade to preserve their investment. XBOX is just out. Microsoft loves to make you buy new stuff and lets your old stuff rot.
