Clarification
"1)I believe songs purchased from itunes are allowed to be
backed up 3 times before it is rendered uncopyable."

Apple drm'd songs from iTunes can be copied and played on up
to 5 authorized devices, however you can burn them to cd as
many times as you wish as long as you change the playlist you
are burning after 7 copies.

Your use of the Products is conditional upon your prior
acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

You shall be authorized to use the Products only for personal,
non-commercial use, and not for redistribution, transfer,
