Clarification

"1)I believe songs purchased from itunes are allowed to be
backed up 3 times before it is rendered uncopyable."

Apple drm'd songs from iTunes can be copied and played on up
to 5 authorized devices, however you can burn them to cd as
many times as you wish as long as you change the playlist you
are burning after 7 copies.

Your use of the Products is conditional upon your prior
acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

You shall be authorized to use the Products only for personal,
non-commercial use, and not for redistribution, transfer,

iTunes-authorised devices at any time.

You shall be entitled to export, burn (if applicable) or copy
Products solely for personal, non-commercial use. You shall not
be entitled to burn video Products.

You shall be authorized to burn an audio playlist up to seven
times.

You shall be able to store Products from up to five different
Accounts on certain devices, such as an iPod at a time."
