Yes, that is what I'm saying. There are many instances where speech is not covered under the first ammendment. Examples would include yelling FIRE in a movie theater, or slander is another example, cursing at a policeman, etc.

Too many people think that rights are absolute. No rights are absolute, and my rights end where yours begin. Your rights never trump mine and vice versa.
