That's funny, because according to the article the judge has already decided to hear the case. Guess you'll just have to be disappointed that the judge didn't throw it out.

And "indecent" covers more than just blood and killing. What about a pervert who wants to hang around a school in his van and masterbate while watching children? No violence, no blood, so you'd say that he isn't "indecent"?
