what is an issue
to me is although I do have a great HD display and get the DirecTV HD package including the football season in HD every year, I have no desire or intention to spend one cent more for an HD disc player or the discs to put in them than I do now. You see, even with all the HD content I currently receive and love; I'm extremely content with the quality of standard DVDs as they are now: Both picture and sound wise. Now, when the players and the discs of the new HD formats are at the same price levels of the current standard players and discs...I'll consider purchasing one. Until then, let their corporate greed (especiall Sony's) bite them in their respective corporate arses!
