I don't think an EULA can remove ownship rights
Licenses are authorizations copy, something you need to have in order copy a movie from an online service to you PC and from thier to other devices.

I'm sure the EULA could say you don't own it but I doubt any court would agree with that. So far no EULA has been in court as far as I know but lawyers do say that 99% of them would no hold up in a court of law.
