Real parenting
... is about training your kids in what is right and wrong. You can do this perfectly, but it doesn't help once they start to visit friends down the street. Unless you trust every other parent (and teenage babysitter) in your community to hold the exact same standards as you do, there is plenty to worry about.

Not that this law would help in the slightest of course. This isn't the answer, but dont pretend that "good parenting" avoids the problem.
