Cable Companies Lack of Respect
I have recently moved to dish. Six years ago I asked our local "cable" company why my daughter had twice as many channels as I did at the same cost. Their reply was, "We will be putting fiber in next year and that will allow us to offer more." Well, that was six years ago. When I called to cancel my service they asked why and I gave them the explanation above. After that they said, "Can we offer you a discount."

So where is their customer service? If I asked for it to be retro, do you think I would have received it? No, I think not. No more extensions!
