People get what they pay wages for.
$2/hr may seem alluring to the honky fat cats... but the end users who pay $35 a pop just to talk to some twit in India reading a 10 page overglorified cue card/sales pitch may start to think that investing in more quality services and people may be the better thing to do.

Or is it true that people only give a frig about the upfront cost over the TCO and ROI, in which case we may as well declare bankruptcy now and flush it all down the toilet. The quality of Dell components alone is already in the cesspool...
