Good vs. Bad, doesn't matter. Cheap does.
For the vast majority, even $20 is too much "extra".

I recently had a friend tell me about how cheaply he bought a new hard drive. He went on and on about cost per meg. I asked him what the MTBF was and he didn't have a clue... sigh.
