- The biggest complaint and problem with PC's that I hear

Is the sales people keep pushing things people don't need. They don't listen to what the customer wants and try to sell the fastest and flashiest system on the floor.
The technical support side is even worse, reading from scripts, unable to understand the support rep in the other nation! Not addressing the issue at hand.
Just some off the cuff thoughts...
