Just a few more films?
Blu-ray has every studio but ONE, while HD-DVD has what only half of them at most? Content is king and it doesn't matter if something is better if you don't have the content for it. People aren't going to shell out $500 of an HD-DVD player( or even more for a Blu-ray player) until there is more content for them. XBOX 360 owners aren't going to buy a very expensive add on for the same reason. This where Sony may have an advantage because if you buy a PS3 you already have a Blu-ray player built in.

The 360 could win the next-gen console warsa nd that may ot help HD-DVD in the least if no one buy the HD-DVD ad on. You could have 3 times as many 360s out there than PS3 in 2 years, but if only 10% are buying the HD-DVD add on, Blu_ray wins.

If MS wants to help HD-DVD they'd scrap that "core" system they have out there and have one that comes with a HD-DVD player included.
