Just the opposite

Actually, just the opposite of vaporware. What's interesting about Apple's approach here, is that if you watched or followed coverage of the Keynote, Jobs' description of Leopard started with an announcement that there are lots of features in Leopard which are currently "top secret" and that they would not comment on. Then he went on to discuss 10 features that will certainly be in it, and they demonstrated those features onstage. If they can show you the features now, they're certainly not vaporware.

And, unlike MS, Jobs did not promise any features that weren't yet ready to show, so there's no chance of being promised something then having it drop out over the course of time.
