I'm all for protecting our kids BUT

Even I agree that this is ridiculous! M for mature means that, MATURE. If someone is buying it for the 10 year old kid go after that Parent and not the company that made the game! Sheesh! If this is the case then why don't we go after the people that made the SIMS for all patches that you could download for their poorly done nudity patches? I mean you couldn't actually SEE the T&A BUT you got the idea!

Why is this reminiscent of the whole Naught by Nature thing in the 80's? (or was it 90's? I don't listen to rap, sorry) When someone didn't like the manguage and all of that?

Here's a thought: If you don't like it then don't buy it! What is the one common that is almost a given for all kids? If you tell them they can't have it they want it even more and then they find another way to get it! All the hype they have given this game (which I still don't understand why people like, but hey... I'm more of a Tetris person) is making it more desirable. Which is probably boosting the company that makes the games sales.
