Beyond Stupid
This continues to be an emblem of the technical stupidity of our elected officials (both sides of the isle). End users had to exercise above-average technical means to unlock the forbidden content. The ability to apply the Hot Coffee patch is no different from installing any other mod of a PC-based game.

Do you suppose if I pasted cut-outs of porn into a children's magazine our clueless government would sue the magazine publisher?
