Dell hooks up PC customers with online support

Support? HUH?

My most recent experience with Dell support is ALMOST laughable.

I called about a mouse (under warranty) that fell apart when I picked it up. I was transferred to someone who took remote control of my pc, put me on hold, and proceeded to do a disk cleanup and defrag. When I asked what this had to do with a mouse, I was given the "canned" response "don verry mam, ve vill hav your pc verking jus fine."

This is my first and last Dell purchase!
