Dell customer support
I got a new Dell laptop about 3 weeks ago. The customer support people are all east Indians and they cannot understand standard American English. Neither could I understand them much of the time. My problem could not be settled by the Indians, and they would not transfer me to an American. My computer went back to them and I purchased a better computer for less money elsewhere. Until the computer manufacturers change to Americans or Canadians who speak standard English, computer telephone support will be in a condition of chaos!
