Dell Tech support lost me
I've been a Dell customer since Michael was selling parts out of his Parents garage - Later bought hundreds of boxes as Dir. of Computer Ops for Investment House - but tech support for my personal computers has been so bad the last 3 years I am never going back to Dell. The continued pressure for more profit for investors has destroyed this company that once had the best support rep in the industry. Michael should be ashamed, if he even cares any more.
