Dell hooks up PC customers with online support

Ain't THAT the truth!!

They haven't a clue sitting there answering the phone and reading from a multiple choice PC screen based upon the problem reported. Their favorite expression is, "please let me put you on hold while I research this issue." Which, btw, is Honduran lingo that really means, "I haven't a clue what the f**k I'm doing, so let me go check with someone else who doesn't have a f**king clue either." Then, 45 minutes into the conversation when the lame idiot runs out of multiple choice responses, they end it by telling you to reinstall your operating system. EXCUUUUUSE ME, my PC won't boot ... how do I reinstall the operating system, moron??!!?? Dell support - ALL manufacturer support - is a joke!!
