DellConnect is Lousy
Like anything else Michael Dell tries to do with people, this service sucks!! You still get foreign remote peeps that are clueless, and you still are left hanging. Bottom line is DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON DELL WARRANTIES. Buy their PCs and get your service from somebody local in your town. Unless, of course, you are into wasting your time and not listening to other peeps advice.
