- I have tried Dell's Customer support
- I have purchased several new Dell desk top computers, the last one being their top of the line XPS system. I have spent several hours on the phone with their support, I even purchased their on call for 30 days. They have never fixed any of my problems. Most of the time you can't understand the tech. But that really doesn't matter because the ones that you can understand still can't solve any problems. From now on I will buy local where I can take the computer to a live person.
