If you need to have someone hold your hand ...
... before you buy you should definitely go to an Apple store. They will be more then willing to convince you that Apple is the only choice! If you want to do a side by side comparison of price and features and you already know something about computers then by all means go to Best Buy. So let me summarize. If you are already a Mac Lemming shop the Apple store. If you want to make an informed choice shop Best Buy.
