Good computer for engineers..... FEA etc.
I run some pretty powerful apps, on and off the road that could really benefit from something like this. To bad it isn't AMD 64bit dual core. That runs my apps faster (according to benchmarks) and would be easier on power. I hope the graphics card does good OpenGL graphics. Everything else looks great. I could easily lose the extra speakers though - or exchange that for more battery life. These days I get by with a Dell M60 on the road - with the optical drive replaced by a bay-battery I get nearly 8 hours out of it. FYI: my killer application is non-sequential raytracing. Others include FEA and CFD.
