Staying young @ Microsoft
There is no way that Micerosoft will stay young under the rule of Gates & Ballmer. In general: Over time, people employed by companies over time turn from assets into liabilities. That is also true for the two old rockers. The clear prove of that is the development of Windows Vista: missing an important deadline is a deadly sin in American industry, is not it? So why does not that have consequences for them? Because they own the company? What a pathetic reason! They are in the process of becoming the Chinamen of the software industry. A Chinaman only lets go of power the moment he dies and so do Gates & Ballmer. If they were wise people, they would step down and let others run Microsoft, without their interferance. By doing that, they would really rejuvenate Microsoft.
