Not Necessarily Good
If Gates leaves Microsoft, Microsoft will be split up. Thats not good for the industry. Do you think otherwise?

Note: some more information has fallen out of Microsoft's Abramoff. Apparently 200 plus emails have been recovered and these emails may make it unnecessary for Abramoff to ever testify again. They must be real dirty and I assume they cover a period of time when Abramoff represented Preston Gates and Ellis, though this url discusses only email after that time:

Abramoff and his firm Preston Gates and Ellis as well as Abramoff apparently engaged in a conspiracy that defrauded the public of honest services from government officials.

How I love news on Fridays. Always full of jucy tidbits.

Linux has been loaded. But I still need Microsoft Windows to do my desktop work. It is going to be that way for at least 5 more years and if Vista gets released longer. Sorry. Reality bytes.
