MS stole what IP?
Because Visto still has their IP nothing was stolen they may think
it's being used without their consent but truly not stolen. Stolen
would indicates someone neither has something nor access to it.

Because of prior art findings I'd bet the patient office is flipping
out over all these patient suits. They're now finding they never
should have issued many of these patients.

It seems these patient infringment suits are becoming a fancy
word for extortion. Guido would be so proud...
