The gore is one thing, but the mature rating for toplessness is not necessary. If some mod maker made a topless mod for the game, they are hardly responsible.
The headline to this article is irresponsible, and sensationalist. Mod makers have done things like that in the past, if you want to blame someone, blame the mod maker. Quit making it look like it was Take Two that did it, when inside your article, you clearly state it was a mod maker that did it. - Posted by: A.
