That quick up-front buck gained by offshoring is more appealing to CEO's and CFO's than a solid, sustained business model with loyal customers.

Customer loyalty and quality service just ain't part of the computer game any longer.

In short, they just don't care. You leave, they'll advertise their way into someone elses pocket.
