For the first time after 8 years of loyal Dell purchases (2-3 per year), I began to look elsewhere this year due to TERRIBLE customer service from DELL. Just because someone speaks English, doesn't mean they speak AMERICAN English (very different). Dell reps have NO IDEA what I'm saying.
I bought an HP notebook instead. There was a problem with it when it arrived, but HP customer service was GREAT!
